Q: What are the different sizes of prints that I can have?
 Current sizes for our heavyweight archival paper poster prints are approximately: 11"x14", 16"x20" and 18"x24".

A: Fine Art, Giclee prints are sized by the longest dimension of the print. The sizes are approximately: Medium - 20", Large - 24", X-Large - 28".

Q: How long does it take to get a poster once I've ordered it?
A: Posters are normally processed and shipped within 2-4 days of order confirmation.

Delivery times:
USPS normally takes about 3 to 7 days for delivery after the order is processed.
DHL ground service takes about 3 to 4 days for delivery after the order is processed.

Orders are processed on Monday and Thursday. Orders placed on a weekend will not get processed until the following week.

Q: Can I order a Garfield comic that is not on the website?
A: GarfieldPosters.com is limited to those prints offered through this website. If you are interested in buying a daily comic strip, go to our strip archive, or today’s comic, find your strip, and click Buy This Strip! Click here and sign up for the daily dose of Garfield to be delivered to your email every day.

Q: What if I don't like my poster when it comes?
A: In the rare occasion you are not happy with the poster, you can email customer service at  support@garfieldposters.com  or call 765-287-2277. Returned posters are subject to restocking fees and shipping charges.

Q: What if my poster comes to me damaged?
A: If through the shipping process your poster becomes damaged, email our customer service department at  support@garfieldposters.com or call 765-287-2277 and another print will be mailed out to you as soon as possible.

Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover, American Express and Pay Pal. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Q: Are you able to ship posters outside the US?
A:  Posters are only available for shipment within the US.
