4. Trademarks, logos, and service marks
("Marks") displayed on the Site, including "Garfield,"
"U.S.Acres," and the images of the Garfield
and U.S.Acres comic characters, are registered and
unregistered Marks of Paws. We regret that we do not grant permission
to copy, download, distribute or otherwise use any of the materials from
this Site without the advance, written consent of Paws.
5. Paws may at any time revise these terms
of your use of the Site by updating this posting. You are bound by any such
revisions and are therefore advised to regularly visit this page.

Sales are limited to customers located in the United States, and you
must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to order. You may only purchase by use of a credit card. Credit card transactions are handled though
a secure service of Pay
Pal.
7. We usually ship most
in-stock items within 2-4 days of order processing. You will be given a choice of using USPS or DHL Ground
service. Shipping and handling charges
will be detailed for you before you complete the purchase.

In certain instances, we may underestimate
the demand and won’t get more of an item in stock in a timely fashion. You will be contacted if an item is no
longer available. We reserve the right to
limit quantities based on merchandise availability. Prices are subject to change without notice and sales taxes will
be added where required.

The foregoing Terms shall constitute an Agreement between Paws and each purchaser of product from the Garfield
Posters Online Site, and may not be modified in any fashion without the advance
written consent of Paws. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. If any provision of this
Agreement is deemed or declared to be unlawful, void, or for any reason
unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed removed from this Agreement,
and all other terms shall remain in full force and effect.
